The viscosimeter V-MV 3000 after DIN 53523 part 2, 3 and 4 helps to determine the viscosity of polymers and the pre-cure behave of cross-linkable rubber compounds at given temperatures andconstant rotary frequency. The rotor is stopped and the reaction behave of the polymer is measured after finishing the viscosity measurement (e.g.: ML 1+4).

The rotor frequency of the instrument V-MV 3000 is variable and can be preset with the MonControl software.

The instrument has a heated and sealed test chamber system. The sample is completely surrounded by both direct heated test chambers.

The torque is generated by a removable discoid rotor, which is embedded in the test chamber test material.
