The Dispertester is a tester designed for measuring filler distribution, i.e. dispersion, in elastomer compounds. The instrument can be used for all filler systems, especially carbon black, silica and natural inorganic materials.

With the DisperTester 3000, a direct proposition about the dispersion is possible by means of a quick and simple test, without having to rely on a subjective assessment. Digital image processing is used to automatically measure the size and ratio of particles within seconds. The quantitative results are provided in the form of a test report.

The DisperTester 3000 is equipped with cutting edge digital image processing to determine accurate dispersion ratings, filler distribution and agglomerate sizes. Camera system features include manually adjustable brightness, contrast, exposure and focus.
