Our projects
The research focus of the Polymer Separation Group is divided into three different topics:
- Theoretical and Applied Field-Flow Fractionation of Complex Nanostructures
- Advanced Characterization and High-Temperature Separation of Polyolefins
- Bioresource-derived polymers: Advanced characterization of natural and complex synthetic polymers and renewable material development
Selected current projects:
- "3D4D2 - 3D polymer matrix device for dual drug delivery and simultaneous treatment of acute malaria and malaria transmission" (funded by M-era.Net)
- "Enzymatic Cross-linking of Casein Nanoparticles Across the Scales: Fundamental Mechanisms and Technological Potentials" (funded by DFG)
- "USOME - Advanced Analysis of Polymersome and Exosome Hybrids for Potential Application in Therapeutics and Diagnostics" (funded by Horizon 2020-MSCA-IF)
