Looking back at Symposium "Biomaterials-based approaches to personalized medicine"
The one-day symposium "Biomaterials-based approaches to personalized medicine" has been organized by three institutes of Leibniz Health Technologies: the Leibniz Institute of New Materials (INM), the Leibniz Institute for Interactive Materials (DWI) and the Leibniz Institute of Polymer Research Dresden (IPF).

LEIBNIZ-SYMPOSIEN: VON DER PLASMA-WUNDHEILUNG BIS ZUR RÜCKENMARK-REGENERATION MIT BIOMATERIALIEN
The event focuses on recent developments in adaptive and bioactive materials for individualized approaches of medical technologies. Beyond recent advances in biomaterials science, the symposium covers the translational perspective, provides an industrial point of view, and gives insights on related aspects of health economy and research policy. The meeting provides a comprehensive and interdisciplinary view on biomaterials in the context of personalized medicine as well as opportunities for networking.
